Bio

Stand up comedian Shelby Bond is an alumni of The Second City Conservatory, mentored by improv guru Dave Razowsky. He is the host of the soon-to-be released game show, “Mega Money Bus” and is the founder of the series of guerrilla-style, pop-up outdoor comedy/music shows in Los Angeles, “Concrete Comedy.”

Based in Los Angeles, Shelby guest-hosted MTV’s “Love Line” alongside Lisa Loeb and appeared in “Mona Lisa Smile” with Julia Roberts.  He has been a headliner at The LA County Fair, and a featured act in The Los Angeles Improv Comedy Festival. His touring shows have won People’s Choice and Best of Fest in three continents as well as been one of the top ten rated shows out of 2500 at the Edinburgh Fringe, receiving four 5-star reviews his first year there.

After breaking his ankle he spent three months in bed and decided he would try the thing that scared him the most: stand up comedy. He is a regular at The World Famous Comedy Store in Hollywood and has opened for Sarah Silverman. He was also a finalist in the “How Funny Are You?” competition for the ABC show, The View.
